Democratic party Director Sarah Baker to analyze election results Nov 14

YUKON, Okla. – Oklahoma Democratic Party Executive Director Sarah Baker will analyze election results at the Canadian County Democrats meeting on Monday, November 14.

The public is invited to attend from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Yukon Police Department, 100 S. Ranchwood Boulevard in Yukon.

Baker, who was appointed in July, previously served as Oklahoma Democratic Party’s communication director.
A former Yukon resident and mother to three young children, she ran for Oklahoma House of Representatives in 2014.

Baker also served as state legislative chair and vice president of communications for the Oklahoma Parent
Teacher Association. Baker, owned and operated a small business and was also a member of the State Department of Education’s Character Development Education Task Force.

“Oklahoma Democrats are committed to putting the people of Oklahoma first,” Baker said. “We  promote the values and policies that advance the common good and expand opportunities for every resident of our state.”

The Canadian County Democrats regularly meet at 7:00 p.m. on the second Monday of each month, except December, at the Yukon Police Department. The members will celebrate with a holiday party in December on a date to be announced soon. For more information, phone 405-326-3600.
