Oklahoma Democratic Party Chair Wallace Collins will be the first speaker of the new year at the Canadian County Democrats’ meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 9, at Canadian Valley Tech Center, 6505 E. Highway 66, between Yukon and El Reno. Wallace and his wife Pat and just returned this week from Washington D.C. where they met President Obama and the First Lady.
